Nex, do trackers create mental images in their minds, through smell?

Taken straight from the first post:
"Through sounds and smells, they are able to form an image in their mind made out of grey tints and flashes of colour to spot their target."

Adding items and such is completely free. Well, small items (such as collars)..

Wait veggie how did you get him? were you on a custom slot for nex? I only saw Satamour and Cataylst up there.... and there werent upgrades but by LCD?
