What are Nebulae?

Nebulae are small, domestic creatures. They're about the size of a cat with the personality of a dog and large, flowing tails with galaxy-like designs in them. these designs can be any colour, but almost always sync with their eye and pad colours. they've got retractable claws and tiny, sharp teeth but are rarely hostile.

-heterochromia- the tail and pads have two colours on them- normally in splattered, random patterns but may be more uniform.
