Yep! Cupkits follow the same growth rules as normal kits. They would be grown on the official growth lines. Their 3 week wait starts when the kit is revealed and not when the cupcake was posted. ^^

If our kalon practices magic, i.e potions, does magic w/ wand, would that be a legendary trait? But this kalon cannot practice or do magic without the help of equipment.

If the Kalon itself is granted a power/trait upon itself from the item, that would be legendary. A Kalon can practice simple spells and such, however, as humans can. Ask about the specific effects, if in doubt!

Sometimes its a raffle, FCFS, or whatever method they choose! There's no set list on which artist is free, as slots tend to fill up rather quickly, so you just need to keep an eye out on the thread c:
