How Did they get their scars?
One day, Cuttlefish was rooting around a slowly dying reef to find some food, hoping for fish. He ended up having to eat just seaweed, which although filling, did not taste good. He suddenly felt a prick on his tail and looked back in shock at the barracuda fish that had tried to take a bite out of his tail, thinking that it was an eel. He glared at it and bared his jaws, making the fish scramble away in fright. He tells others that it was a drastic fight between himself and a shark, but we all know that's not true. Just a blink barracuda and an intimidating dog.

Why are they screaming?
being born a deformed pup, his family left him to rot after birth, leaving him all alone to fend for himself. Sarcasm roams the land In search of a companion, or someone who would at least accept him for who he his. As he wondered thru the land, hr noticed that the birds would call out to others in order for them to come. Sarcasm thought that maybe if he screamed, he would attract someone to care for him, and so it began. Day and night, he'd wonder, screaming, for a companion. But what he didn't know was that his screams of longing and lonelyness were driving everyone away from the land, leaving him alone to here the echo's of his own screams.

"With each era, I give myself a new name. I feel as though it would be a tad silly to have a name that meant nothing to the people I protect. I've lived so long, I cannot remember some of my earlier names. I do remember being called Quintum at one point, and at another time, Horus."

What are they?

"Ok, you're probably a bit confused by some things I've said in the last passage. I'm a - well, to make things simple, let's just say I protect Earth. Each planet in this solar system has a protector assigned to it to keep it safe and help it thrive. The planets have been under our protection from the moment of their creation, which also happens to be the moment of our creation as well. As the protector of Earth, the other protectors envy that I get to care for living creatures. I've heard that there are other protectors in other solar systems, but cannot confirm nor deny this because I am not allowed to leave my own solar system.

Before you go thinking silly things, I want to make it clear that I'm not a god or a goddess. I'm a protector. Although I may or may know know the truth about divine powers, it is not my place to tell you what to believe.

If I were to descend to Earth, I would appear about the size of a small dog. My tail is made of an almost liquid like substance that resembles a galaxy, and bears my mark. My mark is the symbol of my protection over Earth. Sometimes, I descend to my planet's surface to visit the inhabitants. Most of the time, I refrain from interacting with them, but sometimes, less than once a century, I will choose interact with them."
