I value the VR warrior cat (Crowfeather) at around 2.5 '09 rares with demand, so the 2010 rare makes up the other 0.5 c:

1. Unfair to you. There side doesn't quite add up to a '10 rare
2. Overpay from their side rarity wise. Depends on how much you value the warrior cat with demand.

Rarity wise they're overpaying as they're offering the worth of an 09 rare + a '13 rare. Demand wise you can probably get some more.
