Write an introduction for your Tracker:
Crouched low to the ground, Sveto licks the ground gently, his ears straight forward, stiff as stone. All is clear to him. The tame Tracker is still confused in the direction of the escapee. Sveto knows that and takes his chance. Quick as a flash he darts off, kicking the leaves up in the air making them fly across the forest floor, the tame tracker perks her ears and quickly but foolishly bounds after him, not realising who it is. Sveto hurdles bushes and fallen logs, pushed down by the furious wind. Sveto skids to a stop and hangs from the tree, not that far off the ground just to the side. He digs his claws into it. The tame Tracker licks and listens. How many times he had done this was countless. Sveto closed his eyes, trying to channel all his concentration into his back legs, before leaping off onto a small ledge on the mountain, that looked down over the forest. He scrambled up to his feet. He licked the ground again to check. Then crouched into the crack in the mountain, Sveto was limited as the sun was just peeking up from behind the broad trees. He gave a low grunt trying to indicated to the, still confused tracker. She tilted her head. Sveto gave a mad grunt knowing he would have to rap this up. The escapee ran passed the crack. So he leaped out grabbing his hand, the man fell over the edge of the ledge and they both hurdled to the ground. Sveto blacked out.
Sveto woke up, he could feel the light from the bulb hitting him. Sveto grumbled angrily. Slowly lifting one paw up to try and stand, but then falling, as he fell he snarled. Rolling over onto his back Sveto saw two steel belts holding him to the table. The trainer walks into to the lab peering round the corner "Ha, good luck training that thing 'cause I won't." The trainer said bitterly. Then stomped away, Sveto heard him, for the first time he wasn't sure what was happening. Instead of struggling he just lay there, thinking how many times he had done the run and how it managed to end like this.
Some scientist left the room, but one stayed. He flicked the switch and Sveto's ears shoot forward. The metal holding him down came off and he instantly leaped for the scientist with his teeth out like knives. The scientist ran through near the cages where he lead Sveto into quickly slamming the door behind him. "Now here we call you a lost 'cause but a lost 'cause that we hope and pray will find a wacky trainer that will want to train your brilliant skills." He said half smiling as he flicked the catch to cage up. Sveto sat down grumbling a bit.
The next day people where rushing back and forwards in front of his cage. Sveto also felt something round his neck. It was a temporary collar. After a while of trying to fight it off he realized it wasn't working. So throughout the day he laid down, watching the Trackers in the other kennels slowly being taken until there was only him. "Well we need him lets just try." The scientist insisted to the trainer. "Lets try and find a volunteer to take him out with someone experience of course." So the trainer dialed the number and after a while of talking they agreed that Olivia would come and take the Tracker on the trip with the lead Trainer keeping an eye on them. Now Olivia knew a fair bit about Tracker handling but because she was only a volunteer she needed someone experienced too.
20 minutes later Olivia walks through the front entrance and up to the lead trainer. "So which one am I taking?" Olivia asked trying to peek behind him. "That one, the only one left." The trainer said pointing to the scruffy one in corner cage. "No way!" Olivia said but happily in a pleased tone. "I know it's hard but-" The trainer was cut off. "No this is amazing!" Olivia exclaimed as she walked over to his cage. Sveto snarled but after Olivia offered her hand out he got close enough to lick it. Olivia stood up and read the sign on the cage. It read 'Number 25.' Olivia thought for a minute then looked at the other cages, they had the number but then names on. She got out a pen and wrote in the empty space: Name: Sveto. Then opening the cage and leading him outside. The trainer's jaw dropped. Then he sighed and followed after her. Olivia laughed "You just have to see them as a living thing and not a wild beast."
After the trainers and there Trackers sorted them selves out Olivia and Sveto both jumped in the van. Olivia sat on the benh row seat and Sveto loyally sat next to her. Olivia patted his head but not trying to get to attached as they where on a mission.
"So whats the case?" Olivia asked
"Well last week two men where reported to have kidnapped a 5 year old girl. But when we arrived the Trackers couldn't pick anything up. A few days later they asked for money in return for the girl, so a ransom. We turned up at the place they wanted the family to deliver, no one was there and again the trackers couldn't pick up any scent, now they told the family to delivery to a forest not far from here, but they also said to not bring anyone but we need to go for safety." Replied the trainer.
"Wait so we are going to the swamp?
"Yes."
Olivia paused then said "Well that's stupid!"
"Excuse me! If you won't respect the units decisions then get out!"
Olivia pulled the handle down and opened the door. The driver relized and pulled over she jumped out. Sveto of course followed her. The trainer tutted and shut the door. They slowly walked down the dusty trail, Sveto looked up at Olivia and barked. "It's alright i know where we are going" She said with a smile as she pulled out the files from under her coat. Sveto smiled and ran to a large rock then sat on it. "Good idea Sveto." she said sitting down as she opened up the file. After sitting there for a while waiting for Olivia to finish reading Sveto stretched out in front of her and the files.
