I'm actually surprised that it's NOT a PPS, from the demand and the amount of people who seemed to be missing it, I'm surprised it grew so soon!

Ahh, yes, it is here: The biannual confusion xD
CS runs on GMT (check here for server time), so it's only 11pm, but for some of the users DST is already in effect - while for others it isn't.
It always gets a tad confusing around this time because some users wonder why their pets aren't growing, while others wonder why everyone is collectively checking them an hour early :'D

CS goes by GMT time. so for us, it is now 5:00 pm when they change.I think
