Until it grows to the last stage (after we confirm the things XD) you'll be the official owner, but ownership date starts from the time it grows into an adult ^^

The image you're showing isn't enough proof, as they need to contact Mint to let her know they're abandoning or gifting their viscets or what they plan to do with them, if they are quitting.

They were banned because another user thought they were multi-accounting when it was really their sibling. Is there a Deviantart username I could give them to note?

Honestly? No. We don't have that on file unless they gave their account information before hand, and unfortunately we have no way to verify any of this if they were banned ^^'

Sorry but without any substantial proof one way or another, there's no way to prove the claim.
I have a deviantart, and we have the viscet dA group. They are welcome to contact me via there and explain the situation with valid proof and give permission that way. But they would have to do it themselves, if they do not then this viscet cannot go to you I'm afraid.
