Yes guys. The 3 day limit ALWAYS counts UNLESS we state otherwise. In which case, WE WILL SAY that it does not count BEFORE/WHEN we release them. Not after; and VERY rarely is a normal litter released where it does not count. Usually the only time we do it is when it's a Special Celebration or a Raffle or a Contest.
