If you get an RU and it's been a week since its been announced but it hasn't been a actual kalon for a week can you still breed it?

you don't need to wait a week to breed a kalon. you only need to wait a week if you have bred them within the week, if that makes sense. for example, if you just win a kalon, and never bred before, you can breed them that day.

Actually, In The Nursery Rules It Says "Users Must Wait A Week After Obtaining A New Kalon Before They Can Breed" Which Would Mean It Should Be A Week From When The Kalon Was Made If Its An Ru But If Its A Main Adopt It'd Be From When The Winner Was Anounced.
