Note to self: 10 tokens for doing both

Writing:

After Amorette had gotten the courage to actually write a song to her crush and played the guitar romantically to them and writing a poem for them, she started to panic as they gave her a questionable look, as if wondering what the heck she was doing in the middle of the night knocking on somebody's door and singing out of the blue about her love for them. Amorette began to panic and without even waiting to let her crush confess that they actually felt the same way about her..

She ran.

She threw the guitar over her back and high-tailed it as fast as she could. Her heart was racing, pounding in her head. Amor didn't even dare look back to see if she was being followed or see the look on her crush's face as she fled. She couldn't stand the idea of being rejected. It would crush her dreams and make her upset.

It was for these very reasons that she never came back, and is rumored to be why she is now known as Cupid. They say that Amor decided that instead of perusing people she loved, she would match them up and help spread joy so that way nobody will have to feel the same way as she did ever again.

Writing Prompt Day 2 !! ♥

writing: Today is a continuation of yesterday's prompts! Write about what happens after your kalon shows their affection!

odo && kai
sittin' in a tree k i s s i n g


odo had thrown the paper with the poem at the trash and it had bounced off and ricocheted into kai who was sitting a bit a ways from odo. odo turned to see in horror that kai was reading the crumpled paper, he swiftly stood up and walked over to the dark kal and reached to snatch it from him. kai pulled it back just out of odo's reach, he rolled to his feet and smirked, his red eyes slanted at the slightly shorter male.

"Ah ah ahh, finders keepers plus i don't want to get your sticky paws all over it!"

odo clutched his fists visibly annoyed with the other before him as Kai looked up at the poem and finished reading it. something seemed to flash in his gaze, he cleared his throat and shook himself placing a smirk once more on his lips.

"Who's the lucky gal? A love interest perhaps?" He flicked his tails looking teasingly at odo. "Don't look so grumpy, i'm sure your girl wouldn't like to see you this upset."

odo's fingers started to shake, he face flushed as he bit the inside of his cheek. his pale while eyes trembled as he did his best to control himself. his heart beat faster in his check and he took a breath.

"It's not for a girl.." he murmured under his breath.

kai leaned in cupping his large ear, "what was that four-eyes?? speak up i can't hear you."

odo couldn't take it, he grabbed kai by his scruff. this is a kal he had grown close to now, he knows him like the back of his hand and he figured kai would know the same but it seemed that he was either in denial of odo's feelings or just couldn't see them. he felt his heart racing and his mouth go dry but he had to say it. he pulled kai closer to his face their noses lightly touching.

"it was for you, edgewood." he said clearly to kai before snatching the paper from him and turning around swiftly. he had dealt with monsters but he had never, ever in his life been so afraid now. he felt his legs shaking uncontrollably as he went into the next room and shut the door. he collapsed against the door and slid to the floor. his head rested on the cool wood,

"what have i done?"

I used Amorette for both, since I'm a non-owner! Also, she was really fun to write about ^.^

Writing:
The pink furred kalon waited to see if what always happened- would happen.
But instead of seeing the kalon whip around and make eye contact with their soon-to-be
new crush, she saw their head bounce up, and then look at her with annoyance.
"Why'd you throw that at me?"
A surprising twist, Amorette slid over and quickly plucked her heart arrow from the
stranger's fur, and they didn't seem to notice. "I didn't throw anything." She responded.
Common sense seemed to slip away as she kept looking at him- she hadn't poked herself, had she?
A quick sweep of her fur showed she hadn't been pricked, and all her arrows were where they belonged.
The stranger laughed a little bit as he watched her fidget.
"I-uh, are you hungry?" The question sits there for a minute before Amorette realizes what he asked.
"Y-yeah." She said, stunned. Love was weird, even if you were the goddess of it.
