"The greatest strengths of a Capricorn are his ambition, discipline and patience. With their ability to plan ahead and think of all necessary steps in their chase for a certain goal, they are often successful in their career path. Reliable and dedicated, these individuals often have trouble opening up to other people, but become trustworthy and stable in a relationship once they decide to be a part of it. With their endurance and patience, there is hardly anything that seems impossible."

Sadly, since this babe was made before the new lines, They aren't going to be on the PPS lines.
It's another zodiac! YAYY!! X3 Loosely inspired from a boer goat, this babe is a permanent kid aka a PPS.
The comp though is where things get a bit interesting. You see, every goat has horns... but this babe doesn't have any. What I need you to tell me is how they feel about their lack of horns and then you get to design his some! Note that these horns will not be a mutation and instead need to be connected to some kind of accessory. This could be a had, headband, anything you can think of as long as it does not physically connect to his head.

~How Does he feel about no horns?
(694/1000)
Capricorn was the only one of his family born unfortunately without a set of horns. His parents were distraught; what were they supposed to do? His siblings easily took the opportunity to mock him; like he was some deformed viscet who didn’t belong. This took a strong toll on him, weighing down his heart each and every day he spent without his horns. I just don’t understand. Why don’t I have horns like them?
As a young viscet, he had always dreamt of growing into a brave and powerful warrior, wishing to fight for good and protect the other viscets as well as his family. Without his horns, though, Capricorn felt like he’d never reach his dreams and began to feel down about himself. His sibling’s taunts and jeers only wore him down more, calling him variations of ‘freak’ and ‘mutant’ when his parents weren’t around. They treated him like an outcast, forcing him away whenever they played, and purposefully leaving him out of games they had. Their actions caused him to believe their words, and even break down once or twice while he was away on his own.
Capricorn’s parents were very loving and caring, making sure all of their children were treated equally and were happy, or at least as long as they were around. However, it took them a while to notice the difference in Capricorn’s demeanor; he managed to mask his feelings the slightest bit from them, just so it wasn’t all that obvious. After a while his mask began to falter, and his father noticed more so than his mother. His father decided to spend a whole three days and nights, designing and crafting something to (hopefully) lift his spirits; a silver helmet decorated with filigree, and adorned with two sets of obsidian horns. One set were ram horns, large and menacing, whereas the other set were more akin to smooth, draconic horns.
The fourth day, his father brought him aside for a talk; Capricorn was confused, not knowing why he was being brought aside—assuming he had done something wrong and was in trouble. ”Capri,” his father started, in a falsely stern voice. His son looked up at him, wide-eyed and confused. ”I have something for you.” His father pulled out the helmet from his worn dull hide bag, rendering Capricorn speechless. ”This is for you.” He went on to describe how and why Capricorn got his name…
The small viscet almost crawled around on its short legs, wobbling this way and that. His two parents shared a loving look with each other, then back to their son. “He’s quite small isn’t he?” His father murmured. “He’s a runt, but he’s so strong for his size.” His mother smiled down at him, yet he couldn’t quite communicate yet and he merely just tilted his head. “We should name him Capricorn. I know he’ll be the strongest of our line.”
Capricorn’s father placed the helmet gently and securely onto his head. “You don’t need horns to be strong, brave, or courageous. You’re still our wonderful son, and your mother and I are incredibly proud of you.” Capricorn’s eyes widened even more, mouth agape in astonishment. His father smiled warmly down to him, admiring how well the new helmet fits on his head.
From that day forward, Capricorn was seldom ever seen without his helmet, as it reminded him of how much his parents loved and cared about him and helped him shake off what his siblings used to say about his lack of horns; although now, they don’t even mock him for it anymore thanks to the helmet. Combined with the cape tailored just to him, he truly did feel like the warrior he dreamt he’d always be someday. He took the time to learn on his own how to fight in battle, using his helmet and size to his advantage. Despite being significantly smaller compared to his siblings, as well as the average viscet, he outdoes them all easily. Utilizing his skills, he now wanders the land, protecting viscets from danger and guiding those lost.
