This has not been judged and the end date was Sep 30th, so therefore the Staff is now officially taking it over. This will be judged and handed out swiftly. If the user who wins does not comment/claim the adopt then the adopt may go back up for adoption again.

I'm taking over judging this, and this is how we're going to do this.
Essentially, there are only three forms which could really be counted complete.

If at least two of the three of you post on this thread within the next week (Between 2/2/17 and 2/9/17) then I will judge this straight out between those forms after that date as soon as I can. You may make small edits to your form in that meantime. However, unless two of you post I wouldn't suggest doing so. Because if at least two of you don't post a new post on this thread telling me you are still interested, on the 9th this will be put up for adoption once more, and will likely be a simpler contest (in which an interested user can re-use anything from their form that is applicable.)
