must keep shark tail and fluffy back fin as well as clock on arm, unless clock is put in different area

I would like clean lines for adults and infants, nursery lines.
a nice background that might suit the species, or just a neat background.
fully colored
not too shaded and slightly cartoony looking, but not fully cartoon.
I tend to like messy shading but not over shading
i'd like the lines to look like they're swimming or running
more;
gills on side of neck
furry shark fin on back, can have multiple
furry, but not overly fluffy
shark tail
clock on arm, only on one side
paws with retractable claws
large ears, can be small or big
