Nex, I have a couple of questions concerning #23. ^^;
First off, how to we put it in our story, without the brother's name? :L
Secondly, what happens if the two people you pick for those trackers have done stories with the brother/sister in it, and their personalities don't match that of the other person. Sorry, I worded that really weirdly. What I'm saying is, I'm finding it very hard to write this story without incorperating anything that shouldn't be there, or may interfere with other parts to the personality of the brother may clash with the personality the winner of #22 may have chosen for it... How do I get around this? D8

The Trackers don't get a name until after they're adopted, so they're referred to by their number. This might be useful in your story.
Well, that's just something you have to deal with. Besides, it won't be much of a big deal. Once they're both won and someone wants to continue their story, they'll have to see how the other Tracker is described. It's as simple as that.

Tracker Dog you want: #23
Name you'll give it: Ayana (Color and Design in Japanese; obviously named after her beautiful coat colors) would be her name.
Reason why you want it: Like almost everyone else, I have been stalking the thread for weeks, looking for the perfect Tracker. I've started forms for about three or four of them, but lost the inspiration to finish them. I never really clicked with any of them. As soon as I saw this Tracker, though, I knew that I wouldn't give up on the form, no matter what the competition. Even if I don't win her, I will know that I tried my best and I can apply for one next round! I think the main reason that I liked her immediately was her beautiful design. The splatters are cool and remind me of my friend's bedroom (her walls were splatter painted), yet the cool symbol on her shoulder (the one that she shares with her brother) adds so much as well. What I also thought was weird is that in my class at school we all have a number assigned decided on so that our papers can be arranged in alphabetical order, and mine is 23! She deserves the best owner, and I hope I'm the one. If I got her I would scream and run around happily, then try to calm down and probably pass out. I was draw many pictures of her, and give her a nice little home in my siggy.

Will it be used in any kind of story: If I got the wonderful chance to adopt her, then yes, I probably would. But there would be credit to you, of course, and if I do use her brother than it will also have credit to his future owner if they allowed me to use him.
Describe its personality: Ayana is a very charming Tracker, who tolerates most everyone but truthfully likes nobody. She is not known to have enemies, however. When she was created, the scientists made her like that so she could concentrate on her job better. Her brother is the only exception. Her charm pleases most, and makes others fall under her "spell". She flusters many and can often convince them to do whatever she likes. Although the humans are not too fond of her "using" the other Trackers like this, she likes to claim that she can't help it. She's amusing and can sometimes be very serious. She likes to state what's on her mind, and will often just walk up to a stranger to share her thoughts. Her wisdom is incredible. She thinks of great plans, and although she often does crazy things, she always has a reason to make you re-think her amount of craziness, whether for better or worse. She loves paint (for some random reason that she can't explain), being busy, and getting her way. She doesn't like not being in the spotlight, not being the center of attention, not having all eyes on her, etc. Ayana likes being with other Trackers, but she still does things by herself more often than not.

Write an introduction for your Tracker:
(At the moment I don't really have a fursona, or a human character. I'll soon be making one, but before then I've made up a character named Olivia to fill her place. I might actually make my persona Olivia...)
I woke up with a huge yawn. Olivia was already at my bed. I thumped my tail and opened my mouth a little.
"Hi, you sleepy Tracker!"
Olivia patted my head and explained that we had work to do today. I cocked my head and whimpered. I didn't know what the other people would make of me. As if reading my mind, she said that it would be all right. I perked up a little. She had to be right.
I followed her out the door and into the car. I curled up in the back seat the whole ride there, not even feeling the slightest urge to stick my head out of the window or sit in Olivia's lap. Olivia looked at me.
"Ayana, it'll be fine! Don't worry."
When we got out of the car, I saw a huge glass building with the words Police Headquarters on the side. This is where I was going to work. Oh no. I whined and looked up at Olivia. She smiled at me with confidence.
"Just for a while, Ayana, while I find you a job at the scientist's lab where I work."
I wondered what my brother was doing. Something better than this, I was sure. Olivia tugged on my leash. Slowly, I followed her into the building.
They were all very nice. At the end of the day, I was happy. As a little treat, Olivia took me to see my brother at a dog park near the police building. Sure enough, he was there. We had a great time chasing each other around and fetching sticks. I realized that I was finally home. I had a life, an owner, a job. What more could I want? With that thought, I ran up and licked Olivia's hand. This was perfect.
