Reason you want it: Well, I got my own corgi from the pound, infested with ear mites, and extremely underweight. Now he is the *best* dog in the *world*, and I have always adopted pound animals ever since, even on sim sites xD
Backstory // Art: Reporter lived a fairly happy life. He started out with Mini, helping form the TCP. He was proud to be on all the banners, and be on the front page. But only then did he realize he had no home. He sat in wait, hoping one day the lucky person would come along and take him home. (Bad story, I know, it's morning where I live and I'm still somewhat asleep xD)
