guys do you remember when you could just keep adopting warrior cats?
I adopted soooo many and then got bored of them I think and traded most of them away for really cheap.
and of course now they have ridiculous demand. go figure :'/

oh gosh yes. I had all of the warriors and a ton of extras, but traded all of them away for absolutely worthless pets. just like the list pets I had back in the day,,,,,rip my grinners and advents. I didn't know any better :")

I also adopted ridiculous amounts of the first two sets of second gen pets on my account to make sure I got them all. I'm pretty sure that I was one of the reasons why cs implemented the limit,,,,,I had a little too much free time for adopting and didn't want miss that one rare outcome. kind of ironic since I didn't care about getting all of the outcomes for any of the other pets back then X"D

but I guess it's better than what I did right before and right after joining,,,,,I went and adopted most of my pets off account for july, august, and september, only one of each to put in my wajas cave, and didn't adopt them back on my account after joining. I ended up with a sunjewel, july pps, red rose, coontail, one of the toxics, a red x dog, and more that I shall never see again. such horror ;v;;

I remember adopting all the warrior cats off my account...... An not making an account until a year or more later. I will never regret anything more than this. I could have been a 2008 or 2009 member, but no...

I just didn't bother making an account until 2010! I would adopt the pets to watch them grow, but it took forever for me to make an account! I wish I had earlier! I do remember people being incredibly nice when I first joined. It was wonderful! There's still so many nice people out there, but it also feels easier to run into a conflict.

Not an oldie but I have come to share some bad news. Anyone can simply go to "Ascending" when scrolling down under "Search Users Posts" and view your earliest posts on the site. Sadly no one is safe from the cringe party.

there's just something about that phase that makes you laugh and cry at the same time. It used to be a comfort that most (if not all) people went through this phase, but now it seems like the younger generation is skipping straight to being a full-on teenager. It looks like we're the last generation that had the full-on "tween, xD" phase, which is something I'm strangely slightly proud of LOL

I remember when I first joined, I only adopted one from each litter in the monthly adopts. I regret it so much, I have so many missed outcomes from 2011 that will be hard to get.

I only joined in 2015, so I can't really say much. But i used the "Internet Archive; Wayback Machine". And i would like to ask if ANYONE REMEMBERS "Silent Wolf Kennelz". Like at ALL.

I remember a place before ChickenSmoothie called Silent Wolf kennels it was a Petz website where you could download toys hexed by Tess and Nick for your Petz game.
There were pacifiers hexed from milk bottles and a toy frog and toy chickens i think,all for your Petz,Catz and Dogz games.
And a few other things.
Me and my cousin used to search for Petz websites to download things from for our Petz and i found a blue rose wolf on someone's Petz website page one day and i loved the picture so much i went to the website Chickensmoothie.(It might have been called Silent Wolf Kennels still,but i can't remember )
I did not know about pet adoptable websites but i really liked CS.
I adopted a few pets but of account.
I don't even remember if there were accounts yet. I adopted a black eyed galaxy puppy and i came back once a month to adopt one pet from each litter.
I had a panda PPS puppy and i drew pictures of them,i just loved them so much.
Back then Chicken Smoothie's background was a picture of Avian (Tess's fursona) as a butterfly wolf. I did not even know what a fusona was.
Eventually,i think a few days before the first Halloween event and a few days or a week or something after my birthday,my cousin was visiting and helped me to create my CS account.
I first adopted only one puppy from each litter and raised them.The pound was different too.
When it opened it was thousands of pages of pets and every one would rush to go the very last page for rarer pets.
And CS would be very slow because of the many users dashing to the last page of the pound.
My cousin later tried to get me to interact with people on the forum,but i was scared and most of the time she would post things and talk with people while i would play with my pets,name them and dress them.
Even my mother liked CS and she helped me name some of the pets i adopted.
And she named most of the Advent calendar pets i got on my first Christmas advent.I still have them.There were no rares lists or stuff like that.Trading was easy and not stressful at all. Someone liked something you had and you liked something they had you just traded,no thought of rarety or demand.I still don't understand half of the trades i do,i just want something and hope the other user helps me out on what is fair for both of us.It's still hard because,i don't look at lists or demand stuff.
It just felt like back then,people were less likely to get mad at you for not knowing rarities before trading with them.Now i worry most of the time when i trade that the trade i edit or send might be really unfair and i would not know and they would get mad at me.
This is mostly my Chicken Smooth story,with some details left out.
I guess this makes me a oldie ?

Oh gosh, I remember the days when the pound opening was literally just thousands of pages you'd click through. Like the dumb newbie I was, I'd start at the beginning and click through, searching for the naturally colored '09 wolf (Not sure what it's official title is) that I wanted so badly. XD Completely unaware of the stinkin' OMGSRs and '08 very rares lurking at the very last page, not that I cared about rarity at the time anyway. I never did get that wolf. Hahaha!
