Where is this stocking hanging? this pale red stocking is hanging on a huge rose, which is inside a glass case cough beauty and the beast cough. everyday, the rose loses a petal, and the little stocking cries. this little stocking is very kind, however, and gives the giant rose a petal from one of its never dying flowers. the giant rose thanks the stocking, and sings a christmas carol. this continues everyday, for the little stocking loves to hear the rose sing. it loves the sound of its voice, ancient and beautiful. it loves the way the glass case causes the notes to echo off, and the song resonates through the air. one day, the little stocking asked if the rose could sing high enough to shatter the glass. the rose sadly replied no, for this glass was enchanted by a fearsome beast.
xxxevery now and then, a young girl, with brunette hair and a pale yellow dress comes to hear the rose sing. her name is belle, and she is longing for company. she misses her father, and her sisters. as time passes, belle comes to love the place and visits the rose and the stocking everyday. the stocking smiles, and when the stocking smiles, the rose smiles. everyone smiles. everyone is happy.

Where is this stocking hanging? this baby blue and pink stocking is hanging in a nursery, on a colorful mobile. the mobile is for baby praline, who loves batting at the stocking. every night, the stocking gives praline a stuffed animal from its endless supply of toys. on top of that, it gives her a magic petal from one of its flowers, which gives praline protection. praline's parents do not know of the stocking's magic, so the stocking must be careful.
xxxevery christmas, santa comes into praline's nursery and gives the stocking a bell. this bell came from santa's sleigh, and it gives the stocking its powers.
