does that mean if i buy it i can have as many edits under rare as i want??

Yes, that is correct. You may have any amount of traits under the purchased MYO as desired. So if you purchase an MYO with only one rare trait maximum, you may also add to it any uncommon, common, or standard traits to your liking. ^^

i do believe so, yes, i've seen plenty of people doing myos for others who aren't even artists.

HM customs can only be designed by staff, but a MYO that you purchase can be designed by anyone! ^^
