❄ C h a r a c t e r i s t i c s : ❄

Physical: Panda Inus are a cross breed between pandas, red pandas and dogs. They have dog-like front paws, neck and face and bear-like body with giant back paws. Their fur texture and square face shape is similar to that of a Shiba Inu dog. They have unique freckles somewhere on their face used for identification. Most Panda Inus have central heterochromia.

Behavioural: Panda Inus live in cool conditions and they have a slow metabolism, so they don't need to eat too much. They have a plant based diet, but sometimes do eat small animals. Their large back paws and long claws allows them to climb trees and bamboos with ease and they have little natural predators. Preferring cool conditions, they disappear during summer and only come out in winter. Nobody knows where they go in summer, but they always come back before winter. Panda Inus mate in autumn and give birth in Spring.

Social: Panda Inus are social animals. They identify each other by the freckles on their face and they communicate through body language and tusking sounds. They are curious and docile creatures so it is easy for humans to tame.

❄ H i s t o r y : ❄

Panda Inus used to be an endangered species as their furs are believed to have healing properties and widely used for medicine. Their numbers further dwindled during deforestation as their habitat reduced. However, thanks to today's knowledge, their numbers have been brought back into the thousands.
