it is not a raffle litter. you only use that form only for contest litters, but for other litters, just use a normal litter form. i know it says raffle but that is how i pick the winners, you only use that raffle form when it says "contest" like litter 7. Everyone else posted using the normal form so please edit it :> and don't worry, its totally free unless said otherwise.
