Literally sheep in wolves' clothing!

Sheepshifters are a species of newly discovered sheep that have the ability to transform into another animal at will. From a variety of birds to canids. There is no known limit to their shifting.

There could be a few in your flock, who knows?!

-they have minor slits in their ears
-round pupils
-fleece comes in all colours
-skin comes in all colours
-they always have natural coloured eyes
-their shifted form often takes on their colours
-fleece has various cuts
-more ewes than rams (20:1)
-babies tend to take more after their mamas (in terms of their shift forms - e.g. dad is a foxer and mom is a birb, then baby is a birb)
-they can be any sexual orientation
-only rams can breed with ewes
-rams have three different horn types
-it is very rare to have an ewe with horns, but it does occur

⇒ Common:
Ewes, natural colours, no fleece edits, normal eyes, normal tail
⇒ Uncommon:
Rams, unnatural eye colour and heterochromia, minor fleece edits, the addition of accessories, unnatural colours, a shift type that is not on the list already
⇒ Rare:
Ewes with horns, major fleece edits, paws instead of hooves, unnatural tail, odd pupil shape, missing limbs/eyes/ears, munchkinism, custom ears
⇒ Very Rare:
Major line edits, wings, horns anywhere else on the body besides the head, scales, custom tongue
⇒ Legendary:
Glow, magical abilities, halos, more than six limbs, more than one tail

✓Adopt up to twenty Sheepshifters, including staff customs and lambs
✓Draw them as much as you like
✓Trade or gift a Sheepshifter, but only after having it for a minimum of a month (nursery lambs = 1 week minimum). Please do contact the archivist if this is the case. Please read the first post of the archive and be ready to update when you need to. if you have any questions or concerns please pm miss. Scei
✓You may add as many accessories to your sheepshifter as you would like. Changing the expression and scars (within reason) are allowed too.
✓Roleplay with your sheepshifer. Go crazy (but no too crazy, ey.)
✓Pm me if there are any problems at all
✓Pm Misconceptions if I am away and you nee help desperately

✗Use your sheepshifter on any other species lines, other than their shifting form
✗Sheepshifters are a closed species. You may not make your own without my or Misconception's permissions.
✗Sheepshifters are not allowed to become your fursona
✗Editing beyond changing facial expressions and accessories is not allowed.

❀ ＭＡＴＥＳ ❀

↳ Sheepshifters can be of any romantic or sexual orientation and have as many partners as they choose,
however, ewes can only be bred with rams to produce offspring
↳ Rams can breed up to eight times
↳ Ewes can breed up to three times
↳ The mate does not have to be the same for every breeding
↳ Incestuous relationships are NO
↳ Adult x lamb relationships are NO
↳ You are not allowed to message an artists about a breeding slot. Artists will open breeding slots on their terms.
↳ It takes three weeks before a lamb can be grown
↳ A breeding can result between 1-4 lambs (the number of lambs will be decided using a number generator)
↳ Users must wait a minimum of one week before they can breed their sheep after receiving it
↳ Users must wait two weeks after breeding their sheep before they are allowed to breed again
↳ You must request that the nursery artist rolls for mutations if that is what you desire

❀ ＣＵＳＴＯＭＳ ❀

The limit for customs is 6
Staff may obtain customs through time
They may make one custom upon hire with traits up to rare.
↳ 10 Adopts made = One Custom with Common traits
↳ 80 Adopts made = One Custom with Uncommon traits
↳ 120 Adopts made = One Custom with Rare traits
↳ 300 Adopts made = One Custom with Very Rare traits
↳ 1000 Adopts made = One Custom with Legendary traits

Staff have the option to gift their customs to anyone, so long as the recipient does not already own 20 sheepshifters or have 6 customs already.
