When you realize you have 15,000 words for your novel and haven't even reached a 1/4 of the way through the story, this is going to be a looonngggg book. I am not going to want to edit it after XD

@Sparrow, mostly just people posting stories/bemoaning a stall in NaNo progress I think. Might want to check a bit further, though.

@Wild, any theme in particular? Do you want the prompts to be about a specific character/story, or just a prompt in general?

I woke up on my back, strapped to a metal table.It was a dream. A bad one. Yet I'm now in a worse state. Then, two men in white lab coats approached me. Each holding some kind of needle. I held my breath as the stabbed me with them. I didn't know what they did to me. But they threw me in a cage. The cage that contained other people. One of them. Was Ben. A girl came striding up to me. "I'm Grace, Grace Leon." She said rather boldly. "Where are we." I say, not as enthusiastic as her. I didn't even ask it as a question really. "You're in the lab!" She seemed to yell.

As she was dreaming- but now her situation is worse. She what could happen?

After watching several movies (albeit Japanese movies) and a music video about vampires, I have the urge to actually start a fanfic based on the movies.

@Wild, ((Assuming what you were describing is the dream)) how about A fight breaks out, one of the scientists comes back, meal time, another human is taken away and doesn't come back, someone tries to escape, Ben does something memorable, main character escapes with the others/on her own, or things start happening to the humans inside the cage because of what the scientists did to them in the lab. Or any combo therein.
