my items i added to my pet won't show up at all... i've refreshed the page many times, i have tried adding and redoing items but nothing is working. It only shows the first 3 items i added and then nothing else that i've added...

Try doing a hard refresh. If that doesn't work try clearing your cache.

Also make sure you are pressing save changes.

I'm not sure if this needs to be added to the guide or not, but with the Staff September dress up (not so much with the Halloween one I don't think, and this one just started) I noticed a lot of dress ups didn't follow the theme and seemed completely random.
Should we report those or leave them be?

For most dress up challenges it's pretty ambiguous as to what would "fit" into the theme. It's hard to tell if there are personal reasons why a dress up would fit for someone. Therefore, it isn't always easy to flat out say something doesn't follow the theme. That being said, with the specific challenge you mentioned it's pretty easy to tell if something doesn't fit the theme. I would say if there is a challenge very specific like the Staff pet challenge, and someone enters a dress up that doesn't fit at all, it can't hurt to report it. The mods will determine if it is worth removing.

Maybe this can be added:

Will my pet disappear from my gallery once I trade it away?
No, the dressup will remain the same in your dress up gallery, but the pet will be moved to your trading partner.

I added a growing pet, will that become an adult after a while?
No, the pet will keep the stage it is when you add it. It will grow in your collection, but not in your dress up gallery.
