So I'm trying to name things in WoK, like the main cities, the planet, the species, etc.
I need a name for the capitol city in the Seventh Kingdom. I'm still looking, but I came across the name Darya, which means "sea, ocean" in Persian (according to http://www.behindthename.com). Thoughts?

Guys, I need help. I only have 235 words for my story. =_=
This is it

Groaning I wake up to a wall in my face. How did I get here? I wonder. The last thing I remember doing before falling asleep is helping Kaya get ready for work tomorrow. I think tomorrow has come and gone by now. I roll off my arm which has fallen asleep by now and sit up. Yelping as I bang my head into something really hard. I fall back down on my back. What the hell? I’m pretty sure I fell asleep out in the open. Not in this box.
I explore my box with my hands. Whatever it’s made out of is tough, and it feels like stone of some kind. That really confuses me, I don’t know anyone except maybe the King who would make a stone box for someone who was sleeping. Not that I know if it’s a box for certain. It could just be that the door is somewhere I can’t reach. Like by my legs. I squirm around trying to flip myself over and get to the parts I can’t reach from here. Having failed that, I wiggle my legs aroud to “look” without my eyes. The box is only just wide enough for me to move without feeling stuck, which I do. The box is only half as tall as my arm, so if I bring my hands up my elbows would still be on the floor.

Any ideas? I somehow want him (this is Kuroku) to get out and end up wandering the streets of modern somewhere. Preferably without breaking too much stuff.

A little backstory on Kuroku? What time is he originally from? Because if he's from somewhere in the distant past or something, archaeologists could be opening a coffin or builders could accidentally break open his "tomb" while digging a foundation for a new project. Or something.

Well, I'm not too sure what part of the world he's from yet, but he was sometime in Goryeo/Joseon era in Korea.

The way you've written it so far feels confined, underground, and permanent. He needs an outside force ((Or some innate power of his own)) to open up the stone box he's in. Something like the two examples from before. Maybe the government is putting in a new pipeline, and they stumble across a bunch of similar stone boxes ((Like the China Pottery Army or whatever it's called)) but only he managed to make it for some reason. Or this King you mentioned has been reborn and doesn't know he/she needs a protector, so your guy takes up the banner and defends his monarch. Imma tryin' fer ideas, but I think I'm beginning to run low.

I think I'm ok with the cities, but I do need some help naming the species, if you could.

@Mori- I like it! Honestly, when I come up with names for planets and stuff, I just pick a random word that sounds cool. One of the planets in my story is called Terrica.

@Ari- Ooh it's good! I'm drawing a blank on what should happen next though. I've been in a creative slump all day and haven't written anything for nano. I'm burned out X3
