I wish to update you.
I have just come out of a rather long stay in hospital, and I have found that a lot of things have changed.
My parents are now divorced and my life is incredibly busy sorting things out right now, so I'm afraid it just won't be feesable to run belzars anymore. At least not the way it is. To top this off, the computer I had which all the files were saved to has broken completely, so I cannot access the necessary sources to continue running belzars the way it is.
However.
Once things have straightened out, I will be making a new version of Belzars. Due to time personalized paddocks will no longer avalible and it will be first come first served, however I will ensure that horses do get adopted fairly through a system I have been thinking about. I may well have new lines as well.
The thing I need is your opinion. Would you Like to have a Belzars V2, with some large changes? Please, suggest on here. It will not be for a while, a few months at least however If there is enough intrest I most likely will re-open again.
Like I have said and will continue to say, I apologize for letting everyone down. I feel so dreadfully ashamed so the least I can try to do is make it up to you in some way.

I have a rather sad announcement to make.
Real life has gotten in the way so much, especially recently. I really need to apologize to them for my absence, I have a chronic disease and have just come out of hospital, however may be going in again rather soon for quite a while. Things seem to be going from bad to worse in real life (The fact that my parents are possibly getting divorced.) and I have found that I have very little free time, and even less still to get on and do artwork. Along with that I frequently have artist blocks, which I am having at the moment. I don't think I'm going to be up to running the centre for a while, so after the customs and the party ponies I regret to say that I will be temporarily closing Belzars Island. Please do not worry as I will be opening again as soon as I feel as I can cope, but unfortunately I picked a rather bad time to open up Belzars.
I deeply apologize for the wait on the customs, I feel ashamed that I have been taking so long. I intend to re-design belzars slightly, and alter the features. I do hope that I will continue to slowly get through things, its just that I want you to know not to expect a lot from Belzars for a while. I am not sure for how long exactly, and this may completely change around - But I promise you this; I will open belzars again at some point in the future, no matter what.
Just of the shore of southern England lies a little indistinguishable island called Belzar. It is said to hold many strange, unusual and magical horses. Some with divine powers, some with unusual markings and some even linked to myth. These horses are coveted around the world, but very few get to see these majestic beasts. However, a small group of people decided to befriend the horses, and after a while the horses made a deal with the humans. In return for a friendship bond, those willing would join any human who asked to be their friend. If the bond was broken, the bond would break and the horses who were befriended would return to the island. Now, once every full moon, a group of horses wishing to make a friendship bond will travel together to the human islands, and search for a human to befriend...

♦ To adopt, you must simply fill out the form. This is not first come first serve, it will be based on how much effort you put into the adoption form and how many ponies you already have.
♦ Please do not use off site without my permission, claim as your own, sell your horse etc.
♦ **Update** The limit is now 5 adopted horses. A maximum of 3 can be in the paddock at one time unless stated otherwise, but you can also have another one listed under your name. After that, you may still order customs, and change horses in your paddock, but you can only have a maximum number of 5 adopted horses.
♦ You do not need to have all of your horses in your paddock. If you want to have your horse without the paddock, just ask!
♦ I have the right to take away any horse at any time if I feel like you are abusing my rules.
♦ You ARE allowed to role-play with them, on site.
♦ If you wish me to update your paddock, let me know.

♦ If you want me to change the default font or colour of the boxes, please ask. However, if I am busy I may not be able to just yet.

There is no limit to how many times you can change your paddock.
