I said in the news that things will be going pretty slow and I only want to focus on litters for now. Customs will be done when I am ready to, since they take more effort and kill my motivation. I don't take out bamboo until they're done, so you're not sitting on an empty purchase. xP If the wait is an issue, you can take back your order, if you'd like.
