Why do you want it? Three reasons: a) Because I like Peter Zi the most, out of all the Chinese New Years Day Minks, and b) because I think that Peter will make the best mate for Gilded Rose and c) because I think he is the most beautiful mink you've made. Period.
a) Because I like the design, which reminds me of golden lace, and I like the little ankle-wings [which are there to represent how fast rabbits hop, right?]
b) Because of his markings, I think Peter will make the best mate for Gilded Rose.

Will he have a story? Yes. Very much yes.
His personality?
He's stuck-up, but doesn't realize it, and thinks of everybody as below him, on account of his golden markings. He isn't too full of himself, though, and will help out those he think deserve his aid.

Peter was always a pampered little rabbit.
Being more, er, colorful than the other rabbits, he was always given the best food, and so he became full of himself.
He never really had to look hard for his food, given that they lived in one of the greenest pastures around, at least, until the squirrels came.
The squirrels harassed the rabbits, shoving them, chasing them, doing all they could to make the rabbits' live hard.
The rabbits, who were more or less used to this sort of life, having came from the human-inhabited concrete forests, where squirrels where common.
The other rabbits, that is, not Peter.

Here I was. A runaway. But was I really? Or had society run from me? I suppose it doesn't matter now. I'm alone, and as long as that's how I can survive, it shouldn't matter. Then why does my heart feel ripped in two?

Why do you want it? Because it is the most beautiful Mink you have ever created. I cannot stress enough this fact. I am not born in the year of the rabbit, nor any in my family, but the connection I feel to this brilliant Mink is priceless. While that may seem like a silly reason, I do believe that special characters like this only come once in a lifetime.

Its personality? Kind and compassionate, but not without fault. She is accepting of herself and others, rarely if ever judgmental, and with a heart as golden as the sacred marks in her fur. She is the sunshine of the day, the sparkling rainbow after the storm, the ever-eager friend who will go above and beyond to make others happy. She will pay any price to help a soul in need, and therefore, has earned her name well.

It was a parting gift, a symbol of the Cycle, the one thing in which life was certain and wholly dependent. The mother's last breath was a sweet one, perfumed in warmth and joy over her two kits. One was black. The other was white. The Amani Priestess was concerned, but chose with quiet disregard to the black babe, to take the white back with her. The black baby was left to live with the Family. The little black babe was forgotten in time, and the little white one was named Kiza.
