Velva was a character that I had wished to design for a long long time. However, after many attempts to design her I forced myself to admit that I was to biase to create the true 'Velva'. So I went in search of someone who could design her well
I have finally found a version of Velva that I've fallen in love with thanks toSixbane, her creator!
