Could you be more specific please? When you say wolf related, are you think tribal style? Or something else?
As for the wings, what do you mean by spiky? And the horse mane and tail, what breed would you like it to be styled like? (FFA kid details. ) also I'd really appreciate it if hex codes could be given. Knowing that, if not provided, I will attempt to get as accurate as possible but it's not going to be perfect.

Also, It's going to be a bit before i work on this. I'm currently at a hog show but I'm also leaving for a convention next week.

Well the horse mane and tail I was thinking Friesian Like, And as for the wings, well just normal dragon wings are fine, what I meant by wolf related markings is the tribal sort. Erm...how do you give hex codes? I don't really mind if the colour is a bit different. underside of wings in this: #000a27 The body in this: #0d0f17 and maybe streaks of this: #a9b2ed in the tail and
the markings just pure white. (Hope the hex cods are all right)
