yes! Drawing out the design is fine, just PM an artist to transfer it to the official lines for you when you are finished and happy with it!

The best advice we can offer is to hang in there and dont get discouraged. It took us awhile to win our first Viscet but we persevered and she Is know a part of our Pirate Crew.
The other option is buy a MYO ticket from Soul on Deviantart our first first Viscet Rogue was a Custom ( have three Customs in total ) and you can design how they look.

But all in all don't give up on winning your own put everything you got in to making your form stand out and try and find that unique name.
