collecting the votes from each individual cat. suspicious glances
were shared between all cats, none but one knowing who was
responsible for the killings within their own clan. lakepelt returned
to hugestar's side, calmly murmuring the results in the large tom's
ear.
"frostypelt," hugestar mewled, "due to majority of the votes, you
must be exiled." the tom said this solemnly. their warrior count was
already dwindling, and exiling another didn't help their situation.
the white molly stood, her amarillo eyes showing nothing short
of complete confusion and feigned innocence.
"it's not my fault! a-at the last gathering duststar talked about a
murderer among them... i thought that it would be fun... i even
got a few tips from a thunderclan cat..." the tall white she-cat
said, taking a few steps towards hugestar. "what's wrong with
having fun?" she said this with an eerie look on her face, her tail
flicking wildly. before she could take another step towards the
large tom, another cat, presumably a warrior, lunged at the
molly, their claws bared. a thin red gash could be seen through
frostypelt's pale coat.
the clan was silent as frostypelt paused her movements, sending
the cut a bored glance before turning. "fine then, i'll go see if
another clan could use a... 'warrior'." she purred, sending one
final glance back to the clan as she sauntered out of the camp,
her tail hung high and proud as if being exiled gave her bragging
rights.
frostypelt was never seen by riverclan again, though there have
been rumors shared at the gatherings that she has been wandering
through the territories, asking to join their ranks.
seasons pass and riverclan remains in peace, slowly recovering from
the loss of many warriors;
little did they know that soon there would be another among them.
congratulations, riverclan. you've successfully exiled the murderer.
the round is now over and the clan is victorious.
