First time making a stamp, so I didn't exactly know what size it should be.
So, have two:

Not too sure they look too right though... I can round the edges, put a stamp template on or something, maybe I can make the words thicker/better on the smaller one?
I still have the files on my computer so it's not a problem.

As for it being expensive, no, everything I use is free. ^^

I used GIMP to make the image(s), and ezgif to animate the GIF.
Because ezgif doesn't give you the image url to post on the forums, it lets you download your GIF to your computer and then you can upload it to tinypic (or whatever else image upload website) to get an image url to post here.

GIMP is something very difficult to get used to, I only used it this time because my stamp was only made of simple lines.
Most of the time I draw the image on Oekaki to make a GIF, such as the one in my siggy, but I still have to use GIMP to edit/crop the image and make/arrange frames. I tend to make things sound difficult when I explain, so, if you want better more specific steps, you can PM me and I'd be very happy to show you everything. ^^
