I haven't really got much experience as being a mod, except for some very small adoptable species a few years ago which are no longer around, but I do try and be helpful around CS on the FTT and help forums when I can.

can you be unbiased?;
Of course!

how would you handle a situation?;
I'd PM them and politely inform them of what needed to be changed about their post, and if they consistently refused to co-operate I would refer the situation to Hiyorin or Jaques. I'd definitely try and avoid publically calling anyone out, unless their PMs were dsabled/they were COPPA'd and there was no other way to contact them.

why do you want to be on staff?;
I'd like to be on staff because these adopts seem to have a really lovely community and I'd love to help keep that up!

How active can you be?;
I'm online everyday for at least an hour - on weekdays I have school so that will mainly be in the evenings (GMT) but at weekends I can be on for longer.

are you decently familiar with the rules?;
Yes - since the rules are mainly common sense and sensible it'll be easy to enforce them.

Be rational, calm. Then look at what happened. If someone is Every situation is different but this is kinda the normal situation?

why do you want to be on staff?;
Honestly I love being a moderator for things, getting involved, and furtopians are a really cool adoptable species!

I'm on CS every day, for like 5 or so hours whoops

depending on what it is i might be stern, though if it's a little mix-up i might go lighter unless it's happened multiple times. at all times i handle a situation in a logical, outward-seeing manner.

the community is very nice. i'd really love to be a part of the team, as well!! i love helping out.

How active can you be?;
i can be extremely active, and on a daily basis i at least go on for an hour checking on everything. i don't go 7 hours without checking, and yes, it seems like an obsession, though sometimes i just check my bookmarks for a few minutes.

i moderated the forums for a "tribe," and
kept people in check. i also worked at being
a somewhat archivist, putting down names of
characters being used n' such.

i'm very unbiased
most of the time!! but i'd most likely

calmly discover how
it happened then attempt to settle it without
provoking anyone or making the situation spiral
out of control more.

staff seem like such sweethearts, and i'd love
to work with them!! the idea of getting back
into the swing of being a mod with such great
people is delightful.

For minor things, I keep it short and to the point, but always try
toy have a friendly attitude. If I don't know what to do in a situation (like something that
seems to break the rules but I'm not sure about) I'll ask the owner before I try to handle it.

Ahh, you all seem like very pleasant people to work with, and
I'd love to be able to help out. I've been making a few entries to be an artist, but
mod works too.

How active can you be?;
I'm quite active. Typically on everyday. During the week, I get home
at around 4:30, though.

It would depend on how severe the situation is. Example: If it was something small, like say.. someone posting a spam post on the Fan Club requesting trades, I would PM them and kindly ask them to edit it and direct them to the Trades Forum.

I would like to be on staff because this community is lovely and the species idea is something I really, really like. I would love to help this community in any way, shape, or form.

I can be very active, just not as much during the weekdays due to school. I'll still be on quite frequently, thuogh.
