clean designs
both adult and babe designs
more then 3 designs of each
must have at least three designs total to qualify
for the artist position
the winners become artists! the artists have the following perks:
* can make themselves a custom every ten they adopt out
* extra lotto ticket (once the feature is released)
* may keep two of their designs :3
several other stuff ill add once i think of them. but they do have perks.
