I'm not sure if this is allowed, but Sienna's outfit is themed on World Wildlife Day, which will be happening on December 4th this year c:
Her top features a panda face, which is the symbol of the WWF, who are involved in the event.
I know its only a day, but I thought it would be nice to celebrate <3
