you must have a barn to own a horse
foals grow in about 2 weeks
owned horses will have a halter
artists can make 1 custom each month
if you are banned you cannot try for any horses or post in the fanclub and store.
any mod, artist, or staff can take away anyone's racer if they are not treating it properly
horses can be OCs
horses cannot have powers
unicorns are only released during events
other colored horses are only released 5 times a month
