Being completely honest here, I was bored and I picked a random line art contest to enter xD. It does have a sort of neck mane, as your sketch had something of the sort. I tried for a fluffy tail, and as you can tell the fur is really long, lol. Not sure what other features you wanted. So, couple things I'd like to say about it, one being a question;

-Are the things at the tips of the ears tufts? Cause I drew them as tufts, if they aren't then I can change them.

-If it does get picked I'll add some palettes somewhere if you want, maybe a couple accessories and a small chance of kit lines.

If you wanna be added, let me know, but what you can see is all there is at the moment. (Unless of course you wanted to try and color it.)

This is so cute! I was planning on choosing the one that entered before you, but this one is so cute as well! Maybe if I can manage to get an extra VR I can use both, yours being maybe super rare lines. Unless you only wanted the VR I offered in the original post.

And yes, the things on the ears are tufts of fur

Whatever you wanna use them for is fine. If for the rare ones I can edit the lines to add different appearances or add small trinkets.

To be honest, I would take a bunch of common and uncommon dragon pets xD I love those things, and really anything on my WL. Glad you like it though!
