I just think this species is adorable.
So I started editing the template to create a few entries to apply as a part-time artist ;3
...
And ended up completely editing and playing with the lines. Just for fun XD
I hope that's okay, I didn't see any rules against it. It just looked like fun to try. ^^
I'll actually color these lines in to create a few fluffer kittens later.

And honestly it seems a bit rude completely remaking the lines they worked hard on making, so you can make your entries on your own lines. Are the default lines somehow not up to your standards?
Isn't the entire idea of an artist contest to prove how good you are, using the lines given?
And what are you going to do if you win, just remake the lines every single time you want to do something?

you could have at least asked the owner if it was alright to remake them, not just do whatever you want.

I didn't mean to be rude, honestly. And I'm so sorry for that, Fizzy does so much for the species, I thought they owned them. 100% my mistake.
Of course the default lines aren't "not up to my standards", I never said anything like that. Actually, I already own two characters of this species. I have no problem with the original lines. The contest was to edit the original picture to show what you can do with the species, and I didn't plan to edit the lines at all. I just started drawing and this is what happened. I've never drawn adopts for a species before, or entered a competition like this, and I thought it'd be fun. Especially for a species I love so much.
No worries, though.I won't be the reason for any form of confrontation, so I'm dropping out. ^^"
