This was not missed, it was accepted by someone with DuckyMomo In their username (i don't quite remember if they had anything else), but then they never got around to it. I'm sorry for being so vague and confusing.

Duckymomo closed commissions for some time in April, opened his commisions again a few days later, and then vanished without making any cats after that. Said artist has not been seen since, which is probably why your cat was forgotten. I apologise for this issue, and I will make your cat for free if you'd like
