The Emprise is an RPG themed original character design shop with lines, design and all around art by yours truly. Each batch of Creatures is designed after a theme relevant to the location that we’re in as we explore the land of Alcazar. Voting on the poll will influence what part of the continent we visit next. I hope everyone has packed their belongings because we’re nearing our first stop!

Welcome to the land of Alcazar, a continent surrounded by water. I’ve gathered you here to begin our expedition, the Emprise, on a quest to find rare and exotic new species as we travel this content together. You brave adventurers will even have the chance to take some of these beasts home with you! That is, if you provide the right offering. Some of these Creatures can be very picky with what they’re willing to accept for following you, so be warned that not every attempt may work.

ᐅ Stealing designs is a form of art-theft and won’t be tolerated here. The only person with permission to use a design is that which bought it.
ᐅ If two people wish to buy the same character at once, the design will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
ᐅ While I do make all of my line art here, I will not be reusing any of it even with similar species. Each character will have its very own picture and pose unlike any other, insuring the buyer gets a unique character all around.

ᐅ I do not allow resale of designs purchased here. If you truly wish to resell a design after having bought it, please contact me and I may be able to reimburse you with a range of uncommons. Reimbursements will never be equal the full amount paid. You may, however, gift the pet to someone for free.

Just as you sit down in a patch of forget-me-not flowers to have a brief moment of rest on our journey, a small Calva pops up among the blossoms. It appears to be curious as to what you are doing so far from your home.

Cutting past two bushes, you find yourself looking out across a valley bathed in warm light and the alluring fragrance of pine and sap. Standing atop a fragmented bolder at the cliff's edge is a gruff looking Lakara.

Taking shelter from a passing storm, you've found yourself within an immense hollowed out oak tree. It's there you discover a colony of Rameer, indulging themselves in merriment and festivities. One in particular catches your eye as it seems to be intent on its dance.

Stumbling through a thicket of thorns, you fall upon a hidden meadow laced in rich moss and fallen leaves from autumns past. Standing in the center is a Cinturon, the mask that it wears glinting gently in the sunlight. Turning its head to face you, the Creature takes a step backwards at your presence.

So you managed to tame yourself a Creature, huh? Looks like its time to have them join in on our Adventure! All Creatures will start off with 30 HP and 30 Mood, though this can be raised with items and Fairies. Current max HP and Mood are 300. The higher your Creature's HP and Mood, the higher the chance of them finding rare items, Fairies, or even special custom orbs! Creatures will report back on the progress of their Adventure once every new week.
- Your creature's progress in their Adventure is determined by a dice roll every week. The higher the HP and Mood, the more times a dice will be rolled to determine the outcome of their advance. It is possible to loose HP and Mood, as is gain it. -

With the storm having now passed, Iluvenis ventures out from its shelter. The gentle glisten of raindrops atop wildflowers gives an inviting desire to snack along the journey. Several assortments of flowers now fill Iluvenis' stomach, warding off hunger.

Each fairy has its own rarity, of which will boost your Creature’s mood or HP accordingly if you choose to take them on your journey. ᐅ What are Creature’s?
Creatures are the location themed designs with full, detailed artwork, shading, etc. They are capable of joining you on your Adventure if you choose to do so and may be equipped with items, fairies or other potential goods contained in future updates of Emprise.

ᐅ Why do you only auction one custom design per location?
Custom designs often insure you’ll be getting an entirely new or rare species, unless you specify that you desire an already existing one. Auctioning only one custom Creature per location gives the purchase more value and higher demand.

ᐅ Why do you not reuse any of the lines you’ve made?
Not reusing any lines means being able to expand my artistic talent by drawing new art every time. It insures that I can grow as an artist and hopefully provide better work in the future.

ᐅ Can I see a design without any shading or lighting?
Of course you can! Simply ask me and I’ll PM you with the image. (Fairies are not capable of being shown without effects due to animation.) You'll also receive a full sized version both with and without lighting after purchase.

ᐅ I didn’t get the species/design I wanted in this batch, can you make another?
While similar species may pop-up in different locations of Alcazar, only one per location will be made unless specified by the winner of the custom auction. If you don’t get the species or design you want, follow us further on our adventure together and you may find something like it!

ᐅ How will you respond if you want more for a Creature than what I’m offering?
This shop is RPG themed, so if you find a Creature with a design that you adore and offer less than what I’m looking for, the pet will deny your request to follow you. A message similar to; “The Creature gave a firm expression while gazing at your offering, shaking its head before trudging back to where you had originally found it. It seems to be looking for more than that to come along with you.” will be posted in response.

ᐅ How will you respond if I paid the right amount and won the Creature?
If you offered the right amount for the design, a message similar to; “The Creature gave an approving nod of its head at your offering. It seems to be saying that it wishes to follow you along on your adventure. Right now would probably be a good time to save its data in your log.” You’ll then be able to save the design and the pet will be moved to the Archives.

ᐅ When will more designs be released?
Roughly one Creature from the same theme is released every day, or every time none are left, with a total of roughly 5 or 7. A new theme of Creatures will be released when a new location is visited, which we will travel to once all the Creatures are purchased in a theme or after 2-4 weeks of all the designs being available. You’ll know when more Creatures have yet to be introduced in a theme by the status “We’ve yet to explore all of this location… Check back for more findings later if you don’t see any Creatures that catch your eye.”

ᐅ What if a Creature from a theme still isn’t purchased when we visit a new location?
That pet will then be placed up for auction for roughly 2-3 weeks. If someone still doesn’t bid, it’ll be taken down until further notice.

ᐅ Do you accept FR, DA, or other forms of payment besides C$ goods?
I apologize but DA, FR, and other payments will not be accepted at this time.

ᐅ What will happen if no locations get voted in the poll?
If the poll is not used, we’ll be traveling to one of the locations listed at random.

ᐅ How does the Item Shop work?
The Item Shop sells limited quantities of decorative goods that you can use on your Creatures. After you purchase one, and have informed me of which Creature you’d like to use it on, a new copy of the Creature will be sent to you with the item attached to it. One item is good for only one Creature, should you happen to own many pets. Fairies cannot be equipped with Item Shop accessories at this time.

ᐅ How do fairies/ the Fairy Shop work?
Fairies are small pixel pets with animation capable of boosting your Creature’s HP or Mood according to their level of rarity (This applies only if you choose to have your Creature take part in our Adventure). Rarity is pre-set before each egg is hatched. While they are called fairies, these small pets rarely take the form of typical fairies and often appear as small hybrid animals, similar to Creatures. When buying one, the buyer then owns both the egg’s design/image along with the hatched Fairy. They make wonderful signature pets and may be bought even without owning a Creature!

To celebrate The Emprise's opening, placing an Emprise banner in your signature or trading rules will get you this free Basic egg!

- The hatched fairy will be the same for every participant. Please PM me after having placed the banner in either spot, I will check it and then PM you the egg with hatching details.
