please, if you do make the galaxy/fairy/portal thing, please make the portal aspects of the design different from warren.
it's just that portal and warren are both incredibly important and special to me, and i'm kind of hurt to see something that matters so much to me just sort of being.."thrown around" like this, i guess...

I'm making the design for Tomijojo to be based off of completely different themes, but have it still contain the aspects desired seen in the fairy, portal, and galaxy characters I previously made.
I want to make it clear that I'm going to try to make every design individual, especially since the reason I'm making these characters is because I want to practice my skills in designing. I promise I'll make them different.

I agree with this, not that I'm in any position to butt in.
I think it would be fair to at least ask the owners of the Galaxy, Fairy and Portal pups to use those themes, I guess. They are Painted~Wolf's theme to do what she wants, but she made the themes into designs for the person who now owns the design. I sure wouldn't be happy if Sev's design was used in another one.
I totally agree with this. I do. I'm not making repeats, but I am going to reuse some themes when I know that I can make each design very unique and special.
