You right click over the picture, then click save as name it and then click save. You go onto TinyPic or Photobucket, then you click upload, find the picture in downloads (a file every computer has) and click it. Then click upload. Once it has been uploaded, you scroll down a little and copy the IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards. Paste it in your signature or wherever you want it and your image will appear when you submit it. (I would use tinypic: http://tinypic.com/ )
