1. as always, all CS rules apply
pretty self explanatory, make sure you are familiar with CS rules before posting in the forums!
2. no whining, begging, complaining or arguing
again, this is pretty self explanatory, for no reason should you ever whine, beg, complain or argue about anything in the shop to me or anyone else. If you are unsure if it falls under this category, then it probably does and you shouldn't post it! If I ask you to do something or inform you of your rule breaking, do not argue or complain about it, it is MY shop, they are MY rules, if you do not like them, you do not have to be here, but if you choose to take part in this shop, you will follow the rules and not question me when I remind you of rule breaking!
3. no stealing or editing in any way
please remember art theft is against CS rules and I do not give permission for anyone to use my art. This includes, but is not limited to, taking them and using them outside of CS, editing them in any way, using the shop images to make your own tank or taking any images that do not belong to you and using them for any reason whatsoever. If you are ever unsure if what you are doing is stealing, then it probably is and you shouldn't do it.
4. if you change your username, please tell me.
this should be self explanatory, but just in case it is not, this means that you should inform me personally of a username change. You can do so by posting here that you changed your username and what your old name was, or you can message me or post in the Fan Club. This is to ensure the archives stay up to date so I can find you when I need to add to your post, as well as ensures you do not get in trouble for theft for using images that are not archived under your name because you have not told me you changed it. This also means you may not participate in any events or post any forms until you have notified me of your username change. I reserve the right to disqualify you from any raffles, contests or events and take away any prizes if it is discovered you have not informed me of a username change.
5. No spamming or mini modding
spam includes, but is not limited to, double posting, bumping or any posts that do not pertain directly to the running of the shop. If you want to compliment the shop, say thanks for any reason, or post about the fish you have, you may do so in the fan club, not here! Marking is also spam, if you want to remember the shop then add it to your favorites, cs makes these functions so you don't have to spam! If you are unsure as to whether it is shop related or spam, then you should probably post it in the Fan Club just to be on the safe side. The main shop is for ordering and shop related issues. Mini modding is also a form of spam as it is only for the shop owner and any hired mods to remind people of the rules, so please leave it to us to take care of rule breakers.
6. images should stay on CS, unless permission is granted
this means no posting images of your fish anywhere else, including printing the images and using them offline, without my permission. I may permit for them to be posted elsewhere, it just depends on where and why. Please message me to ask about this, do not post here asking! And do not get upset if I do not grant you permission, as the shop owner, it is my right to deny/grant requests at my discretion!

Code Drops
I do code drops giving you the exact code to use for displaying your fish that includes a link back to the shop. You must always keep the link back to the shop with your fish! You must wait to display your fish or order anything for it until I have done the code drop. I have my reasons for this and I do not need to go into detail about it, just know that by me doing the code drop, that is my consent that the fish is now officially yours. Please note that if you put the fish in your signature or anywhere else before I have done a code drop, that is considered stealing as you have not been given permission yet to post it. If you miss a code drop, try using the search function, I always put your username with the image in code drops, or you can grab it from the archives, just please be sure to read the first post for information on how to do that.
Giving fish away
If you no longer want your fish, you can give them to a friend, but you must discuss it with me first! You may also give them up to the pound for me to re-adopt out or look for trades in the Fan Club. But under no circumstances are you to try and re-adopt them out to others on your own. That is considered stealing and will be reported as such.
Read everything
self explanatory, but for a bit of information, this is here because I get tired of people asking questions that are answered here on the front page, or post things they shouldn't because they didn't read the instructions. It is quite annoying as a shop owner to have people ask questions that have an answer already! I know there can be a lot of information in some posts, but it is there for YOUR benefit. I make sure you have all the information you will need to know how to properly do things, so you should have some respect and read the information I provide for you! There may be times where I miss a bit of information, in that case it is okay to ask, but please ask before posting any forms or anything if you are not sure how to properly do it!
I reserve the right to add/change rules at any time if I see fit to do so.
So please read them from time to time to make sure you are up to date!Rule BreakersI do not have a specific system, basically you will earn either a verbal warning, strike, temporary ban or permanent ban based on the severity of the infraction, how often it occurs, how you behave towards me and which rule was broken. It is at MY discretion which of these I give you, if you argue with me about it, which is breaking a rule anyway, the severity of the punishment will increase. If you are asked to not do something, just accept it and move on, I am the owner of this shop and it is my right to enforce the rules.
