It is closed!

it's a closed species, so only the designated staff/artist team can create designs.
however, we also take guest artist applications at the beginning of each month, so 2-3 guest artists can make up to 5 designs before the month's end.
also, those who have purchased MYO (make your own) tickets and have been approved by Soul (and want to make their own custom) can be added to the lines to make their custom. (and then are removed after it's posted. c: )
