Reanna, a twenty something part-time librarian, smiles at the small Chespin that was given to her. "I think I'm going to call you Kashu, kinda like Cashew the nut",she says and pats Chespin's head. "Let's go for a walk, see if we can try out a few battles!" She holds out her hand for her new companion to take and they head off.

[There’s no right or wrong really, you just do whatever you want to and I give you tasks or battles to complete, but you can always ignore the things I throw at you if you don’t want to battle that particular pokemon or do the given task and I’ll give you something else to do!]

While walking a bush besides the path rustles. A Shiny(!) Beldum jumps out in front of you and looks like it wants to battle! Will you battle it?

"We'll explore here a little longer so you can practice using some of your moves, then head to the town," she told Rowlet.
"Rowlet!" he replied happily, already hopping and fluttering back into the grass in search of new adventure.
