Second Chance Shelter is a dog and cat rescue where you can come to find a new member of your family. We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes so they may have the chance to be placed into a caring home. All of our animals are special and deserve a chance to be happy with an owner that will care for them. The question is: are you ready to love them?

Hello! I'm Neah. I'm the owner here at SCS. I'm rather busy
most of the time but I try my best to do everything you guys in
the community ask of me! I hope you are able to find
what you're looking for here. ^^

- Keep in mind that we only allow canine
and feline customs.
- All coat colors must be realistic.
- Breedings will be based on the parents
genetics.
- You can control to some degree what
you want the kids to look like by buying
customization items to choose the
genes you want.
- You can always inquire about the
progress of a breeding or
custom but give me some time to
actually complete it first.
- Feel free to shoot me a PM if you

- If the second adopt doesn't belong to
you I require a screenshot of the

Highest price: most complex; complex gold/silver cats, torties, agouti dogs, etc.

||Rules||

• You must provide a picture reference for breed(s). I will not work off a description and will now decline if you ask ;v;
  
• I would strongly prefer if you provide picture references for coat colors, but I will also accept a genotype to work off of if you'd prefer. Go here for information on SCS genes for cats and dogs.
  
• I will not work off just a detailed description. Please provide both pictures and words if you have something very specific in mind.
  
• Please fill out all parts of my form or I may decline! Any parts that do not apply must be filled with "N/A"
  
• I only accept breedings if at least one of the parents is owned by you! If you are breeding to gift the puppies or promise them to a specific user, please just submit the form yourself.
  
• I only have one slot open for breedings that pick the number of offspring at one time. If that slot is filled I will decline if you send a form with that item ;v;
  
• I only have two slots total for breedings open at any one time! If both slots are filled, that does not mean I will accept a form with an offspring size picker.

• I'm more easily reached through discord, but feel free to send a pm! My status is invisible for the majority of the time but I'm usually checking multiple times a day
  
• I work significantly slower than than most of the staff's artists, so my output is also minimal; if you're alright with a wait we can work something out
  
• Small nudges don't bother me, so if for whatever reason I fall out of contact with you, please feel free to pm me or dm me on discord
  
• I'm super chill with design tweaks and color tweaks so long as it's run by Neah first (I don't do breed changes after finishing the lineart)
  
• Once your form has been sent in, PLEASE send the payment! I neither start nor post until I get confirmation.
  
• I prefer not to do items because it increases the time it takes for me to get you the design finished
  
• It'll take me a thousand years to get your collars on I am so sorry
  
• I don't do relines! I feel as if I haven't made nearly enough adopts to warrant it so the current lines will stay as is
