- USD imports are higher priority and will be done first before other customs.
- Payment must be sent when your form is accepted. USD is not included but you must send proof. Please send USD payment after custom has been approved(will not be posted until payment is sent)
- You may only order up to 2 custom trotters per opening. You may send them in one message as it is easier for me!
- You may only order 5 customs per month. If you want more you must have at least one USD custom to get 3 more customs.(there will be no limit for this. If you end up wanting more than 10 customs you must have at least $50USD total payed, other wise I will no longer give extensions)
- Staff get half off on all purchases, the 5th custom is free!(unless paid in USD or is limited rarity)
- I do like to send updates on how a custom is going(fairly often) this is so I know that you are happy with how it is turning out.if you would like to opt out of these please include it in your form in the "Other" section!
- I do take some time with trotters, so if I have not sent an update within 3 days please do check in and ask how progress is going, I have a very very bad memory!
- Date, rarity, and demand of wishlist pets will be taken into account for wishlist imports!
- As of now(April) I will not be taking genebomb customs, this may change but keep an eye out. If you must have one send me a message and we can try to work something out but be ready to pay extra.
