A Lykaio (Or Lykaios if there is a group of them) are a species of mammals that have been seen to resemble looks of other mammals. From looks to behaviours. Though similar, they aren't at all related to the other species. Some Lykaios may also show behaviours unique to the species. Such as decorating the themselves with cloths and treasures.

Like most mammals they have sharp claws and teeth that are used for hunting smaller prey. Very rarely will they hunt prey larger than them unless part of a large group. Unlike others though, they are very small. They are on average about 13 inches high and weight 12 pounds.

Lykaios are omnivores and so eat meat and vegetation. Most prefer fish and shellfish but some have been recorded to eat only plants and fruits. The ones that live on land rather than in the water tend to turn to plants for their diet.

These creatures are adventurous and curious in nature and will often approach other species or even humans for a chance to learn more. They love treasure and lost objects that often sink to the bottom of lakes and oceans. Many Lykaios have been seen with hoards of various items.

Rules:

• All cs/Tess rules apply.
• This is a closed species and can only be made by the designated artists.
• Trading/Gifting is allowed but Annaebell must be informed of the user change for archive purposes.
• You may trade any items or Lykaios for anything else as long as it is agreed on by both parties.
• Don't use Lykaios that do not belong to you unless you have been given permission by that Lykaio's owner.
• Any Lykaios that are up for adopt and don't get any entries by the end date become FCFS however you must PM me before claiming that Lykaio if it has been more than a week since it closed.
• Do NOT post drama/bullying/arguing/Etc on any of the Lykaio threads. You will get a strike for doing so.
• If you don't get a Lykaio you enter for please don't be sour about it. You'll have many more chances.

Hello everyone :D I'm Annaebell and I'm one of two owners here at Lykaios. I helped to create this species and my main goal here is to help everyone to have a fun time. I want this species to be something everyone can get involved with and enjoy!

GUEST ARTISTS

• Anyone who is accepted as an artist will start of here as a GA for a month. After that you may be asked to become a full artist.
• You may make as many Lykaios as you'd like during the month.
• Do not post any unfinished Lykaios.
• At the end of the month period, all GAs will earn a rare custom. The item for it will automatically be added to the bank.
• GAs may chose to keep one of their artist entry Lykaios once chosen for a position.

ADOPT ARTISTS

• Artists may make as many adopts as they'd like with a minimum of 2 a month.
• No WIP Lykaios may be posted.
• Artists may only have 3 adopts open at any one time.
• All Lykaios are free to adopt. None are to be sold.
• Any Lykaios without entries by the end date become FCFS. A name must be given to the Lykaio in order to claim. Artists may also claim their Lykaio if nobody enters for it come the end date.
• There will be a week lenience for judging adopts. After which I will pick winners myself.
• If a Lykaio gets more than 3 entries, a RU Lykaio may be made for any users with impressive forms. Alternatively, artists may give out strange stones instead. (between 10 to 50 per person)
• Upon becoming a full artist, users will gain a custom coin and will continue to earn them for every 20 Lykaios they make. (starting with mythical and going down each time). Only 1 mythical and Legendary will be given per user.
• NEW At the end of every month, any C$ earnt from the shop will be split between active artist.

They can pick which tickets to do however they'd like (comp, raffle etc)
