Prompt:
- The relationship between Evanish and Seaway stirs about the imagery of two old gossips with nothing better to do than judge those around them. Their relationship began with Seaway taking note of Evanish and Evanish reacting both thankful and spiteful for this attention. It was almost as if Seaway had a small fascination towards Evanish, finding it to be peculiar that he was so stubborn, that he was so desperate to be seen and praised. It was that this fascination became friendship as Seaway came to admire Evanish's abilites, feeling it was wrong that no one noticed him all that much. Evanish, for a long time, was jealous of Seaway before their relationship truly became friendship.
They were close, very close, they knew each other well, they understood the way the other thought and felt, why they acted a certain way. They would hang out from morning to night, as if they were brothers, as if they were incapable of being separated. Yet there was a gross imbalance in their relationship, Seaway was naturally calmer tempered and kinder hearted than Evanish and felt as if he had to change the way he acted in order to remain friends with Evanish. Evanish noticed this happening, but, he never once mentioned it. Likewise, Evanish kept a many secrets from Seaway, ones that Seaway was kind enough to turn a blind eye too. This is the one of the reasons why they grew a part from one another. Yet, both would still call each other their best friend within a heart beat. Evanish yearns for Seaway to understand him better and Seaway wishes that he could try to be friends with Evanish again, only as his true self.

Has your kalon ever met their grandparents? If so, what do they think of them?
- Evanish - lived with his grandmother and now owns her house after she passed away. He was... Somewhat close to her and enjoyed her company. When she passed away he attempted to try to hide his sorrow, but, it didn't stop him from crying himself to sleep when no one could see him.
Seaway - he has met his grandparents before, he found them to be a bit stricter than the rest of his family, but, overall he has enjoyed their company and hardly dislikes them.
Rubify - what are grandparents?
Flicker - yes, she is really close to her grandfather and still talks to him on occasion.
Paragon - yes, and she highly dislikes them. She has met both sides, her adopted mother's parents and her adopted father's parents, and found that both sides were discouraging of the idea of adopting her in the first place. Her grandfather on her father's side seemed to lighten up towards her after the death of his wife, but, Paragon still holds a grudge against him. She never met her birthparents, therefore she has never met her birth grandparents.
Pith - he has met his grandmother on his mother's side, for like, a split second, when he was still a toddler and his family was debating about custody stuff. Otherwise, nope, had no opinion about his grandparents at all. He never met his father's grandparents, because 1. he doesn't know his father. 2. His father's parents were never there anyways.
What is your kalon's relationship with their parents?
- Evanish - aha. Not good. His parents didn't really, care for him? It was as if they had adopted a pet dog that they regreted having. This is perhaps the cause to some of Evanish's eh, problems. Evanish was raised for a short while by his aunt and then eventually went to live with his grandmother, perhaps the only person in his family that cared for him.
Seaway - his mother and father never married, but, they weren't exactly bad parents. His father simply enjoyed traveling around a lot and his mother wanted to settle down, so they parted ways, but, will still happily eat dinner together. So in reality, Seaway got along swimmingly with his parents. He's closer to his mother than his father, but, he still love his father.
Rubify - What are parents? He only knew his parents until he was roughly five or six years old.
Flicker - Never met her birthmother, her father remarried and Flicker never cared for her new stepmother. Nor really her father. So, she remained mostly disconnected from her parents and felt as if they never really understood her.
Paragon - her adopted parents tried their hardest to raise her nice and treat her like their other children, but, it was Paragon who felt out of place and unwelcome. However, she doesn't hold anything against her adopted parents and her main focus is on her birthparents. As to what happened that caused her mother to disappear and what became of her birthfather.
Pith - he's a bit tricky. So, when he was born he was born to a woman who didn't really want him. She ended up dumping him onto her ex-husband, saying that Pith (Emery) was his. This led to some custody debates and Pith's grandmother was brought in for only a moment, but deemed to old to be his caretaker. Disgruntled, he was raised by his mother's ex. This whole thing caused Pith's relationship with his parents to be a bit bumpy and unfortunate.
- Evanish - The one and only, he has no siblings.
Seaway - he has an older sister he is blood related too.
Rubify - his older brother, Albus, raised him when their parents disappeared.
Flicker - She has a younger half brother.
Paragon - She has three other siblings, but, she's the adopted one in the relationship. She might have half-siblings, which is a possiblity she always thought of, but, there's no proof to support this.
Pith - Two older brothers in his "adopted" family.
Does your kalon have children? Do they/did they ever want to have kits?
- Evanish - he doesn't really want children, but, he isn't aware of the fact that he does have a child. Pith is his son, unbeknownst to either of them.
Seaway - he doesn't have any children right now. He does want some in the future though.
Flicker - totally not looking to have kids right now.
Rubify - Children are a moot point, he wouldn't hate having one, but he doesn't feel like he can properly raise one. However, like Evanish, he does have a child that he isn't aware of: Paragon.
Pith and Paragon - they're both babies themselves and are more concerned with their own lives right now to even dare think about having children of their own.
Which family member is your kalon closest to? Why?
- Evanish - His (now deceased) grandmother, mostly because she was the only one who really raised him.
Seaway - His mother, probably because he spent a lot of time helping around the house and hanging out with her.
Rubify - His brother, as much as possible. For them, each other were simply people to be with so one wouldn't be alone. However, Rubify cares deeply for his brother and wishes that he could meet him again.
Flicker - Her grandfather, because he's a nice person to talk to and she enjoys listening to his stories.
Paragon - Was close to one of her sisters, but, after Paragon ran away from home their relationship fell a part.
Pith - literally no one.
Is there a family member your kalon wishes they could know better? Who is it?
- Evanish - his parents. He wishes he could know what he did wrong and how he could be someone they're proud of.
Seaway - perhaps his father. He doesn't know him that well and can't help but wonder what it is his father has been up to all these years.
Rubify - he probably wishes he could get to know his brother better.
Flicker - not really
Paragon - She wants to know her birthfather better. Mostly because she wants to know why she was left behind and why he didn't want her.
Pith - not really. Though, after meeting Paragon, he begins to wonder what his birthfather was like.
